Transport and delivery of products

1.      SBS S.p.A. accepts orders exclusively for delivery to the following countries: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

2.      The shipping cost for deliveries in Italy is €2.50 for orders under €19.90 and free for orders above this amount. For the other countries listed in point 1 above, the shipping cost is €7.50 for orders under €39.90 and free for orders above this amount.

3.      Shipment of the ordered products will be carried out according to the methods indicated on the Website at the time the order is placed. SBS S.p.A. uses, at its discretion, express couriers appointed by it for the shipment of orders.

4.      From the time the ordered product becomes available, shipment normally takes place within a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 working days for delivery within Italy; for delivery to countries other than Italy, from the time the ordered product becomes available, shipment normally takes place within a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 working days.

In any case, the product will be shipped within 30 working days from the date the contract is concluded.

5.      To avoid delivery issues and any charges for storage, the Customer is requested to indicate an address where someone is always available to collect the order.

6.      Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer, or a person acting on their behalf, must check that the contents of the delivered package correspond to what was ordered and indicated on the invoice sent by e-mail. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy in the number of parcels compared to what is indicated on the invoice must be immediately reported by adding a handwritten and signed note on the delivery slip. Failing this, once the courier’s delivery document has been signed without any objections, the Customer will no longer be entitled to raise claims regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods or the number of parcels received.
